Add Google Ads to Old Newspaper Theme

You can now easily add Google Ads to your theme.

Step 1 — Create AdSense Account

Start a Google AdSense account and enter your site url for approval.

Step 2 — Create Display Ad

In AdSense, create a display ad.

Name it, keep it square and responsive.

Copy the code snippet.

Step 3 — Paste it in the Customizer

In the WordPress Theme Customizer -> Google Ads, there’s a spot to paste your code snippet.

Ads will appear on your site.
